It is with pleasure that I write this testimonial. I was a client of Shirin’s for over a year. In my years of training with personal trainers I have never met anyone as client-focused, knowledgeable, responsible and creative as Shirin. In the time I spent training with Shirin, she guided me through numerous programs and a countless amount of fitness and movement repertoire.

I used to train to train. My attendance in the gym did not have much of a purpose or goal orientation. This stems from my lifelong struggles with over exercise and anorexia. I was not comfortable with change and my body was used to lifting and moving in a static way. Shirin helped open my eyes to what working out should be about.
